I've been entranced by the piles of yellow leaves blanketing the sidewalks these days after the last rains. It's like a special magic carpet laid out for Opal and I as we do our morning musing. There is something seductive about Fall. Leaf spirits calling out, "Hibernate, Hibernate. when you wake you'll have found your way."
